These terms describe your use of AllTune rooms, accounts and creative tools. By agreeing when you join a room or register, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected] about your account or these terms.

Who can use AllTune

You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and have parental or guardian permission if you are under the age of majority. Song Studio has a separate adult-only requirement below. Use accurate account information and keep your login secure.

YouTube and radio playback

AllTune uses YouTube API Services. By using AllTune, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube content stays in the official player. Videos may be unavailable because of provider, regional, account or embedding restrictions. Do not use AllTune to bypass those restrictions, download YouTube media or interfere with provider advertising.

Radio audio is requested by your browser from the configured station stream. A listing does not mean AllTune owns the station, has a partnership with it, or grants you rights to record or redistribute its broadcasts. Availability and permissions may differ by station and country.

Your content and conduct

Only upload, submit or share material you own or are authorized to use in the way you use it here. This includes audio, lyrics, room covers, stickers and chat content. You retain any rights you hold. You authorize AllTune to store, process and display your submissions as needed to provide the features you request, including showing shared content to room participants. You must not infringe others' rights, harass people, share illegal content or abuse the service. See our Safety Standards.

Ordinary room uploads are temporary and become eligible for cleanup after two hours when another upload request runs. This is not a guaranteed deletion deadline or a backup service. A person with an uploaded or generated file's URL may be able to access it outside the room. Keep originals and do not upload confidential material.

Song Studio

Generation is available only to Premium users who are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where they live. Before each new submission, you must confirm your eligibility and that you own or have permission to submit the lyrics and share the result. This declaration is not an identity-verification service.

Lyrics and selected style are sent to fal for generation. The provider may reject a request or return content similar to other outputs. Paying for generation does not guarantee originality, exclusive copyright, clearance of third-party rights or suitability for every commercial use. Review the output and applicable provider terms before publishing or distributing it. Do not submit copied lyrics or impersonate someone without the necessary permission.

Free and paid features

Basic YouTube playback is free. YouTube search and public-playlist imports are available without signing in, subject to provider availability, room roles and usage limits. Memberships pay for AllTune's additional features; they do not buy music rights or remove YouTube or radio-provider advertisements. “No AllTune ads” refers only to ads supplied by AllTune.

Prices, billing intervals and included features are shown on the membership page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel future renewals in billing settings; access continues through the paid period where applicable. Contact us about billing problems or refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Reports and moderation

Use Report content to prepare an email about copyright, safety or other illegal content. Provide enough detail to locate the item and understand your concern. Reports are reviewed individually; we may restrict access, remove content or suspend accounts for substantiated violations, including repeated infringement. We may request clarification and explain an action where appropriate. If you believe a decision is mistaken, reply to the decision email with supporting information and ask for review. No automated report on this page is treated as a court ruling.

Room codes and links can be shared by participants. Do not assume an unlisted room or a random file URL is confidential. Playback and external services may be interrupted; we do not guarantee continuous access to any particular video, station or generated result.
