AllTune ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website alltune.top and the AllTune mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.
By using AllTune, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Premium creative-space features store your personal room link and settings, uploaded room cover, saved room presets, and private song drafts (including lyrics and sound choices). Room covers and welcome messages are visible to people in your room. While you are connected with Premium, we also save recent YouTube listening history to your account, retaining up to 500 entries. You can delete drafts and presets and clear listening history in your creative space. Saved content remains stored if Premium expires; contact us for account-data deletion. Listening history excludes local audio files.

Usage data we collect automatically:
Our own visitor statistics record an anonymous browser-session identifier, visits and page views, last activity, room code and role, browser/device category, language, browser timezone, referring website hostname, and whether the Google tag loaded or was blocked by a security policy. We do not include IP addresses, account names, email addresses, chat messages, or full referring URLs in these statistics. A timezone is a browser setting, not verified location. Visitor details are visible only in the private admin dashboard. We use the existing session cookie to distinguish browser sessions; this does not identify a person across devices.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
YouTube content is played via the official YouTube IFrame API and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Ordinary uploaded audio files (MP3, MP4, etc.) are stored temporarily and cleaned up after 2 hours. Premium-generated songs are saved separately for later playback and download.
When you generate a song, we send your lyrics and selected style to fal.ai for processing. We store the lyrics, title, generation status and audio with your account. Generated audio has a shareable link and can be played to other people in a room. Contact us to request deletion.
When subscriptions are available, Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. We send Stripe an internal account identifier and store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing status, and paid-period dates to manage Premium access. Payment details entered at Stripe are handled by Stripe; AllTune does not receive or store your full card number.

Your account data is stored on a secure server in Frankfurt, Germany (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never readable by us.
Room activity (chat, queue, playback state) exists only in server memory and is permanently deleted when a room closes or the server restarts.

AllTune is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Stripe handles subscription checkout, payment processing, and billing management when you purchase Premium.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any significant changes. Continued use of AllTune after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
