AllTune is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. This page outlines our standards and policies regarding child safety and the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Our Commitment

AllTune has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are firmly committed to protecting minors from harm on our platform.

Platform Overview

AllTune is a synchronized music listening platform. Users can:

• Create and join listening rooms to share music with friends
• Add songs from YouTube or upload audio files
• Chat with other users in the same room

AllTune does not allow users to share images, videos, or files other than audio content. The platform is not designed for, and does not support, the creation or distribution of user-generated visual content.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on AllTune:

• Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors
• Grooming behavior targeting minors
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAE material in any form
• Using the chat feature to solicit or exploit minors
• Any content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes harm to children

Enforcement

Violations of these standards will result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Permanent ban of the user account
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable

Age Requirements

AllTune requires users to be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 should use the platform only with parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
